Friday NightMule

Muddle cucumber in a cocktail shaker, add the rest of the ingredients (minus the club soda) and shake with ice until cold. Strain into a ice filled glass and fill with club soda (if you're into that kind of thing). Garnish with a wedge of lime.

Aperol Gin Cocktail

gin, Aperol, lime, simple syrup, club soda (optional), cucumber

Add all ingredients except ginger beer into shaker with ice. Strain into rocks glass over ice and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with an apple or lime slice.

Apple Cider Margarita

tequila, lime, apple cider, cranberry or ginger beer

Shake all ingredients except ginger beer with ice and strain into colins or highball glass over ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with apple slice and sprinkle on some nutmeg.

Autumn Apple Snap

gin, apple pie liqueur, lemon, ginger beer

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the cherry.

Aviation

gin, maraschino, lemon, violette, simple syrup

If making the cocktail with the egg white, add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake vigorously with no ice first, then add ice and shake again until cold. Otherwise just shake with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with some fresh raspberries.

Big Sur Sunset

gin, raspberry, lemon, orgeat, egg white (optional)

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into chilled martini glass. Add a twist of lemon peel or dry ice for a bubbly drink. Don't drink the dry ice, that world be very bad.

Black-Orange Martini

Blavod black vodka, Cointreau, Chambord, pomegranate, lemon

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into rocks filled glass. Add a twist of orange peel.

Bourbon Cold Brew Cocktail

bourbon, cold brew coffee, vanilla syrup, chocolate bitters

Combine all ingredients in shaker and shake with ice. Pour into rocks glass with plenty of crushed ice. Garnish with blackberries.

Bramble

gin, Chambord, lemon, simple syrup

Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Brasil?

Cacique, Yellow Chartreuse, lemon, simple syrup

Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Rim glass with cinnamon and sugar (dip rim first in simple syrup) to make it slightly more exciting.

Cinnamon Horchata Cocktail

RumChata, Goldschläger, vodka

Pour Italicus into ice filled Collins glass and fill with Tonic water. Float cold brew coffee on top.

Coffee & Tonic

Italicus, tonic, cold brew coffee

Grind up the coffee on a very coarse setting, throw it in the cold brew carafe, add the water and wait. I let it steep for 24 hours in the fridge or 12 hours at room temperature.

Cold Brew

Combine all ingredients and shake with until cold. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with coffee beans. For Sambuca, you are supposed to use an odd number of beans to show someone is welcome in your home when you serve it. So I use three, unless you don't like who you're making the drink for. It's up to you.

Cold Brew Martini

vodka, coffee liqueur, cold brew coffee, simple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel twist. If using sweetened cranberry juice cocktail, simple syrup is not required.

Cosmopolitan

vodka, triple sec, cranberry, simple syrup, lime

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Pour over ice in highball (or rocks glass if you prefer). Garnish with a rosemary sprig or cranberries if you've got them.

Cranberry Rosemary Cocktail

vodka, cranberry, rosemary syrup

Shake all ingredients except tonic water with ice. Strain into colins glass over ice and fill with tonic water. Garnish with a lemon wheel and pomegranate seeds.

Cranberry Sauce Gin & Tonic

gin, simple syrup, lemon, cranberry sauce, tonic

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into chilled martini glass.

Earl Grey MarTEAni

vodka, Italicus, Earl Grey tea, simple syrup, lemon

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Pour into large cube ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with the lemon and lavender. Hold back on the lemon for a less tart drink.

Garden Punch

gin, chamomile tea, lemon, simple syrup

Combine both ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Gimlet

vodka, lime

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Grapefruit Negroni

gin, Campari, grapefruit, simple syrup

Fill a copper cup with loads of ice. Add the vodka and lime, and then fill with the hibiscus ginger beer. Garnish with some cut of a lime.

Hibiscus Mule

vodka, lime, hibiscis ginger beer

Combine all ingredients, except Ginger beer, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a ice filled rocks glass, splash with Ginger beer. Garnish with the orange twist.

Jetsetter

gin, bourbon, lime, simple syrup, bitters, ginger beer

Heat water, sugar, and lavender, let simmer, strain and refrigerate.

Lavender Simple Syrup

water, sugar, lavender

Combine all ingredients into a copper cup with a large quantity of ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon and some basil leaves.

Lemon Basil Mule

lemon & basil vodka, lemon, ginger beer

Blend all ingredients in a blender, strain, and refrigerate.

Lime Cordial

water, sugar, lime

Combine all ingredients in a tall glass filled with ice, stir to combine, and add Cola for color.

Long Island Iced Tea

vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, simple syrup, lemon, cola

Shake ingredients together with ice and pour over a small amount of ice. Garnish with maraschino cherries.

Maple Manhattan

whiskey, dry vermouth, maple syrup, bitters, cherry

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into salted rim margarita glass.

Margarita

tequila, triple sec, lime juice

Combine both ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Martini Thyme

vodka, Green Chartreuse

Fill a copper cup with loads of ice. Add the vodka and lime, and then fill with the ginger beer. Garnish with some cut of a lime.

Moscow Mule

vodka, lime, ginger beer

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Naked & Famous

mezcal, Yellow Chartreuse, Aperol, lime

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Old Fashioned

whiskey, sugar, bitters

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Paper Crane

bourbon, Green Chartreuse, Aperol, lemon

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker and shake with ice until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Enjoy!

Paper Plane

bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino Quintessentia, lemon

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass over lots of fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

Pomegranate Daiquiri

rum, pomegranate, lime, simple syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into martini glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and sprig of rosemary. Sugar rim glass optional.

Pomegranate Martini (tart or sweet)

vodka, Cointreau, pomegranate, lime, simple syrup

Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat on medium high heat. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally while the raspberries break down. If they need help breaking down, do so. After cooling strain out the berries and the seeds and refrigerate the syrup. Again, I like to use Grolsch beer bottles as they are a good size, can easily be closed and you can enjoy a tasty beer and recycle the bottle for another use. Reduce, reuse, recycle!

Raspberry Syrup

Heat water, mix, and refrigerate.

Simple Syrup

water & sugar

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a margarita glass with ice. Garnish with an lime wheel.

Spanish Margarita 43

Licor 43, tequila, lime, orange bitters

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a margarita glass with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel, drop slice or two of jalapeños in drink.

Spicy Jala-Tamarindo

Gran Malo Spicy Tamarindo, triple sec, lime, simple syrup, jalapeno

Shake with ice and strain into rock glass over ice. Garnish with Granny Smith apple cut into large chunks on a skewer. A "Stonick" skewer if you've got one.

Spiked Apple Cider Cocktail

apple cider, dark rum, Goldschlager

Pour 10 oz of boiling water over 4 tea bags and let steep for 4 minutes, refrigerate. Add vodka at the end.

Strong Chamomile Tea

Chamomile Tea

Pour 4 oz of boiling water over 2 tea bags and let steep for 4 minutes, refrigerate. Add vodka at the end.

Strong Earl Grey Tea

Earl Grey Tea

Heat water, mix, and refrigerate.

Sweet and Sour Mix

water, sugar, lemon

Add all ingredients in a rocks glass with ice and stir. Garnish with an grapefruit wedge.

Tequila Old Fashioned

tequila, simple syrup, grapefruit bitters

Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into shaker with ice. Strain into coupe glass and finish with sparkling wine.

Thanks Given

vodka, Cointreau, cranberry, cranberry sauce, sparkling wine

Shake all ingredients except Ginger beer. Strain into copper mug, add ginger beer. Garnish with soaked cranberries.

Thanksgiving Mule

vodka, orange, cranberry, simple syrup, ginger beer

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry.

The Last Word

Empress Gin, Green Chartreuse, maraschino, lime

Mix and refrigerate.

Vanilla Sweet Cream

cream and sugar

Cut vanilla bean in half lengthwise (If using extract don't add until the end). Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.

Vanilla Syrup

water, sugar, vanilla

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into chilled martini glass. Add a twist of orange peel for oil and garnish.

Water Lily Cocktail

Empress Gin, triple sec, creme de violette, lemon

Combine and dry shake (shake without ice) all ingredients. Add ice to shaker and shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

White Lady

gin, triple sec, lemon, simple syrup, egg white
