Brasil?
Cacique, Yellow Chartreuse, lemon, simple syrup
I found a recipe called a Brasil while I was looking for something to make with the Cacique that I picked up in Costa Rica. I found this recipe, but it was different as it called for Cachaça, and had some funny ratios and measurements. That's why I added the question mark. But I think it tastes good. Stephanie likes it as well.
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Cacique
3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
