Cold Brew
water & coffee
Cold brew is just coffee made with water that isn't hot, but cold. It takes longer to extract the coffee into the water, but results in stronger, but a less acidic drink. From what I understand.
Ingredients
70 g coarsely ground coffee
24 oz cold water
Instructions
Grind up the coffee on a very coarse setting, throw it in the cold brew carafe, add the water and wait. I let it steep for 24 hours in the fridge or 12 hours at room temperature.
