Instructions

Fill a rocks glass, or if you want to get fancy a large red wine glass with ice. Stir gin over ice and strain into glass and fill with the tonic water. Garnish with a lemon, or lime, either fresh or dehydrated,.

There are so many gins and different types of tonic to mix and match. It's fun to mix them up, but I usually stay away from a heavier flavored gin if I'm going to use anything other than a plane tonic. If you mix a flavored tonic with a stronger flavored gin it can get a little busy tasting.
