Raspberry Syrup

Ingredients
4 oz Raspberries
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup water
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat on medium high heat. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally while the raspberries break down. If they need help breaking down, do so. After cooling strain out the berries and the seeds and refrigerate the syrup. Again, I like to use Grolsch beer bottles as they are a good size, can easily be closed and you can enjoy a tasty beer and recycle the bottle for another use. Reduce, reuse, recycle!
